Hi everyone: Can someone tell me if it's better to open pho restaurant in a strip mall or in a shopping mall with food court? Any guidance is appreciated.
Each location type has its own pluses and minuses, speaking generally. There are a lot of factors that you should look at in an integrated manner before you compare and decide if your concept can work.
Do you have some specific information of the locations you're interested in?
@chuynh Thanks for your reply. So close to my house there are opportunities to open a pho restaurant in either strip mall (anchored by a Walmart) or in a shopping mall food court (typical large mall with anchors like Macy's, JC Penney, Nordstrom, etc.) I guess my question is more about the top level considerations that I should look at first in order to help me decide not to waste time in one location and spend more time with the other. Will answer additinal questions if Im missing something. Thanks.
