How to stay informed on laws and changes in laws and regulations

It's important for pho restaurant owners to stay informed with existing and upcoming changes in laws and regulations on foodservice businesses. One way is becoming a member of your state and local restaurant associations.

In California, it's the California Restaurant Association (CRA) - the restaurant people, not the gun people. I'm a fan of professional associations and definitely a fan of the CRA. I urge all pho restaurateurs to support your local and regional (even national) restaurant associations. They help protect our business interests and we should support them.
