Recommended ways to expedite pho service

Hi Cuong: Can you provide some tips on effective ways to expedite pho service during peak hours? My concept is fast casual with customers placing orders upon entering, then self sit at tables, and we will serve the food.

Also what are the main difference if we call customers to pick up their own food?
